Change filters frequently
Have furnace and A/C inspected annually
Keep debris such as weeds and grass clipping away from condensing unit area
Never operate furnace without a filter in place. Dust and lint in the return air can build up on internal components, resulting in loss of efficiency, equipment damage, and possible fire.
Keep all flammable or combustible items away from furnace area.
Vent pipes should not be corroded or blocked by debris. All doors and covers on furnace should be in place before operating.
